Discover the Fisher after hours and enjoy music, rhythm, and art activities, and much more! Explore the powerful connection between art and social change with multidisciplinary artists—Camae Ayewa, Aiyana Sha’niel, and Mims. Drawing inspiration from the thought-provoking exhibition Kara Walker: Cut to the Quick, panelists will examine how storytelling and creative expression intersect with history, identity, and contemporary issues.

Following the conversation, guests are invited to enjoy an innovative and boundary-pushing performance by Irreversible Entanglement (IE). IE’s performance blends spoken word, music, and visuals to craft narratives that challenge the conventional and amplify marginalized voices.

Co-sponsored by USC Thornton School of Music.

This event is open and free to all. Refreshments will be available.

RSVP is required for the panel discussion.
